Resolved - Our service experienced a temporary disruption that affected AWS pipelines and Redshift connectors starting on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 07:49:31 PST. The issue was resolved, and service was fully restored by 12:00 PST on February 20, 2025. Pipelines and warehouse connector syncs have resumed.
Feb 20, 08:00 PST
Resolved - On Feb 20th, from approximately 4:00 AM PST to 6:30 AM PST, Mixpanel experienced degraded performance on one of our Ingestion APIs, appearing as an increase in 504 errors to our /track endpoint. During this period, Mixpanel was unable to accept certain event data sent through the /track endpoints. Event data sent via our /import endpoint, user profile data (via /engage) and group profile data (via /groups) were unaffected.

Following this discovery, a fix was deployed and the /track endpoint resumed normal functionality.

This disruption primarily affected projects hosted in our US data center. Projects hosted in EU and India through our Data Residency Programs were unaffected.

Investigating - Projects enrolled in the EU Residency program might be experiencing delays in ingestion. As a result, real-time data is delayed for a small subset of projects. At the moment, this issue is only affecting projects enrolled in the EU Residency program and those that are forwarding data from the US to the EU. Our engineering team is investigating the issue right now
